Sol Sisters

Sol Sisters is a sacred circle created by and for Black and Brown women—a space where we honor our need to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves outside the constraints of survival mode.

We gather to soften, to exhale, to heal.

Through grounding practices, embodied rituals, and shared wisdom, we hold space for one another in radical authenticity. Each gathering weaves together breathwork, storytelling, and creative healing modalities—from reiki to movement, guided meditation to artistic expression—allowing us to reclaim our peace and power.

Here, we transcend the noise. We rest. We rise. We remember who we are.
